Over the past several weeks, we've been hard at work transforming Survival into something far more than a place to build a base and grind resources. We wanted exploration to matter again. We wanted players to feel that excitement of wandering into the unknown and discovering something they weren't expecting to find. We wanted every journey into unexplored territory to have the potential to become an adventure.

The result is one of the largest content expansions HyperBlocks SMP has ever seen.

The next time you head into the wilderness, don't expect an empty world. Expect to stumble across forgotten ruins, abandoned camps, mysterious shrines, hidden towers, underground complexes, elite enemies, powerful bosses, and secrets waiting to be uncovered. The further you explore, the more likely you are to discover something completely unexpected. Every mountain range, forest, desert, cave system, Nether expedition, and End journey now has the potential to become its own story.

🏰 681 unique structures and points of interest are generated throughout Survival, including 431 premium structures and 38 premium dungeon modules.

This isn't content that has simply been dropped into the world and forgotten. These structures are woven throughout the exploration experience, creating a world that feels alive, dangerous, rewarding, and constantly changing as players venture into new territory.

About a week ago, I hinted that something was coming back. For those of you who thought you knew what I was talking about, you were right.

Skyblock has officially returned to HyperBlocks SMP.

But before you assume this is the same Skyblock you played before, think again.

While some familiar elements remain, the backend has been rebuilt, menus have been redesigned, rewards have been improved, website integration has been expanded, and the overall experience has been significantly upgraded. If you've played HyperBlocks Skyblock in the past, expect familiar foundations with a dramatically improved experience built on top of them.

One of the biggest changes is that Skyblock is no longer an isolated experience.

Through HyperCore 2.0 and the website Storage system, eligible players can transfer items and resources earned in Skyblock into Survival using the built-in Transporter. Instead of your progress being trapped on a separate server, your hard work can now help fuel your adventures throughout the HyperBlocks network.

This isn't a side server anymore.

This is a fully integrated part of the HyperBlocks experience.

And we're only getting started.

Additional systems, rewards, upgrades, and content expansions are already planned for future updates.
